Bellamy Young
Young's acting career started with the theater. In 1997 she made her Broadway debut in the role of Mary in the initial cast of The Life. [8][9] She has also been seen off Broadway in Stephen Sondheim's music production Merrily we Roll Along (1994) as well as in Randy Newman's Faust (1995-1996). She first appeared on television in the year 1995. She had regular appearances on Dr. Courtney Evans, NBC's daytime soap opera Another World. The role was in Law & Order as a guest on two episodes during 1997 and 1998. She debuted in 1999, playing a part in Black and White, a crime drama. In the following years, she was a co-star on various independent movies. Then, in the late 2000s Young began appearing as a guest star on a number of television dramas and comedy shows, such as The Drew Carey Show and The X Files. Between 2000 and in 2011, Young was a part of more than thirty TV shows. Young was the main cast member of the USA Network series Peacemakers in 2003. After nine episodes, the show stopped after a single episode. There were recurring characters in the Lifetime legal drama series For the People as Deputy Dist. Atty. Agnes Hunt on NBC drama American Dreams in 2003 as Diane Shaw, Dr. Grace Miller on NBC Scrubs in 2004 as Monica West, Assistant State Attorney Monica West in CBS CSI: Miami between 2005 and 2006, as well as Ellen Darling on ABC soap Dirty Sexy Money in 2008-2009 as the youngest son-in law in the Darling Family. She also had a recurring role in Criminal Minds as Beth Clemmons in 2011 through 2013.
